About John Schoppe, DPM

John Schoppe, DPM, is a highly skilled Foot Doctor and Podiatrist. Dr. Schoppe provides outstanding foot, ankle, and leg care, including a full range of podiatry and podiatric surgery services at Advanced Ankle and Foot Center in Columbus, Georgia.

A native of Stuart, Florida, Dr. Schoppe has practiced in his field of medicine since 2003 and has delivered premium foot and ankle care to people of all ages for many years.

Dr. Schoppe is a graduate of Wake Forest University (WFU), a private research university in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He obtained his podiatric degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Later on, he completed a three-year surgical foot and ankle residency.

New to the Columbus area, Dr. Schoppe aims to provide exemplary care for all patients in Western Georgia. He always takes a conservative approach, as he believes many foot and ankle problems can and should be handled from that viewpoint.

At Advanced Ankle and Foot Center, Dr. Schoppe and the team specialize in medical pedicures and nail care, ingrown toenails, fungus treatment, painful corns and calluses, skin rash, wounds and sores, diabetic foot, swelling, as well as foot and lower leg exams. He also treats pain in the feet and ankles.
